Requirements Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a license Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learn Preferred experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social Skills, and OBM Skills Possess strong written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation and auto insurance Pass a criminal background check Roles & Responsibilities Work in collaboration with the leadership team to increase provider productivity, enhance client programming and support a creative workspace for employees Assess, design, develop, and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for clients Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans Supervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians Train and collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction Participate in weekly BCBA meetings Benefits Fun and creative work environment Competitive salary Company issued iPad/computer and phone CEU stipend and access to industry-leading consultants Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay/Paid Sick Time 401k with company matching Smaller caseloads Annual team events Medical/dental health benefits with BCBS Variety of service environments (school, home, social groups, clinic, and community settings) Online practice management and data collection systems Career advancement opportunities in a growing company Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance Schedule & Compensation Monday to Friday: 8-6pm Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Location & Travel Scottsdale, AZ 85260: must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. 50% travel required.
