Job Skills / Requirements PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA JANITOR We are looking for a hardworking janitor to join our cleaning team. Tareas: ESSENTIAL DUTIES Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Willingness to learn Integrity and ability to work independently Bi-lingual in English and Spanish – preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to stand for long periods of time Bend down or stoop frequently May need to lift heavy objects Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you OFRECEMOS WE GUARANTEE: Paid Training Health Insurance and much more!
