Forklift operator

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklift trucks to move, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Pre-Shift Inspections: Perform daily visual and mechanical equipment checks according to OSHA standards and log results; tag out defective equipment immediately.
• Load Handling: Verify load weights against equipment data plates, ensuring balanced, secure placement on pallets and racking systems.
• Inventory & Shipping: Assist with loading/unloading freight trucks, checking incoming shipments against packing slips, and organizing warehouse stock.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace, follow pedestrian right-of-way rules, adhere to speed limits, and report hazards or near-misses promptly.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
