Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to establish a clear understanding of their mental health status. \n
- Collaborate with clients to formulate tailored treatment plans, incorporating their goals and preferences into personalized therapeutic approaches. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive effective support tailored to their unique needs. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and available treatment options, providing guidance on self-care practices to enhance their accountability in the healing process. \n
- Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical findings to optimize outcomes. \n
- Engage in integrated care practices by collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, ensuring holistic treatment recommendations. \n
- Stay current with the latest research in mood disorder therapies, continuously improving treatment methodologies and enhancing care strategies. \n
As an LMFT at Southwest Behavioral Health Center, you will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing mood disorders and relational issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, complemented by extensive knowledge of therapeutic practices. \n

- Demonstrated empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' diverse experiences. \n
