EVENTS SPECIALIST

Duties
You will receive a request for assistance and then conduct a face-to-face meeting to discuss and determine event requirements.
You will assist the client in determining the best catering options for refreshments and can provide menus when requested.
You will conduct frequent meetings with clients (usually weekly) to ensure assigned tasks are on track, updates are made, and changes are reviewed.
You will discuss the various layout options of the publication, brochure, or pamphlet to ensure client satisfaction and quality assurance.
You will develop a script specifically tailored for each event.
