Position Overview

Lake Life Wellness Center & Yoga Studio is seeking a warm, dependable, organized Patient Care & Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing integrative wellness team.

This is a 30-hour-per-week position combining front desk responsibilities with hands-on support of our wellness center. The ideal person enjoys working with people, takes initiative, stays calm in a busy environment, and finds satisfaction in helping both patients and practitioners have a smooth, positive experience.

Regular Schedule

30 hours per week

• Monday: 9:45 am–3:00 pm
• Tuesday: 9:30 am–4:15 pm
• Wednesday: 10:00 am–4:15 pm
• Thursday: 9:30 am–4:15 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am–1:00 pm

Some flexibility may occasionally be needed as the practice grows and schedules change.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Patient Care

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience
• Check patients in and out and collect payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage patient communication
• Help keep practitioner schedules organized and filled
• Assist patients with questions about services, scheduling and the wellness center
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front office

Wellness Center & Clinic Support

• Support patient flow during busy clinic hours
• Prepare and turn over treatment and wellness rooms
• Assist patients using infrared sauna, halotherapy, ionic foot detox and other wellness services
• Manage laundry, linens, supplies and room readiness
• Restock supplies and help monitor inventory
• Work alongside practitioners and front-office staff to anticipate the needs of the clinic
• Help maintain a clean, peaceful and professional wellness environment

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $17/hour | Guaranteed 30-hour workweek

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed for someone who wants to become an important part of Lake Life—not simply fill a front-desk shift.

Starting pay is $17/hour , with opportunities for wage growth as the employee demonstrates independence, reliability, strong patient service, mastery of clinic operations and the ability to positively contribute to the success of the practice.

Quarterly performance incentives may also be available for employees who meet established performance goals and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the wellness center.
