Learn more about who we are at Point32Health .Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Manager, Commissions, this position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of monthly Broker and internal Sales commissions, incentives and bonus payments. Other responsibilities include assisting with the facilitation of compensation processes, resolution of production and data issues related to broker compensation processes, implementation of annual compensation program changes, report development, new system functionality, and responding to internal and external inquiries. In addition to core compensation processes, this position is responsible for the review and completion of more complex commissions tasks and staff training. The position requires a strong business, technical, and analytical discipline as well as troubleshooting skills with the ability to work across multiple systems/interfaces. This is a cross functional role that interacts heavily with IT, internal business partners, and external customers/vendors requiring strong written/oral communications skills.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities/Duties – what you will be doing (top five):Ensure timely and accurate calculation and disbursement of commission payments to Brokers and/or internal sales executives.Responsible for all audit reports, data input, reconciliations and analysis required to process monthly commissions according to the compensation plans. This includes reconciliation of membership and premium reconciliations for Commercial and Medicare business. Also, responsible for the validation of commission payments and the resolution of all payout issues in a timely and accurate manner.Review more complex system manual adjustments, customer service requests, monthly production tasks and ad hoc requests.Responsible for reviewing monthly ERISA 5500 production checklist and back-up support.Manage resolution of all complex customer service requests in team email boxes.Other ResponsibilitiesCoordinate annual compensation plan testing plan and assignments.Lead integration of Sales process changes into system/processes.Manage MAR documentation requests.Assist with development of policies and procedures.Provide training to specialist and Sales Operations staff.Respond to Broker payment inquiries in a timely manner.Respond to inquiries from internal sales staff and management.Assist with development and testing of annual compensation plan.Maintain policies and procedures for Broker Compensation responsibilities.Respond to both internal and external audit requests, as required.Assist with departmental projects as needed.Other projects and duties as assigned.Qualifications – what you need to perform the jobEducation, Certification and LicensureBachelor’s degree in business or related work experience is preferred.Experience (minimum years required):3-5 years of business experience requiredSkill RequirementsHighly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and have the flexibility to adapt to changing processes and timelines. Must be able to interpret complex business situations and understand the implication to team. This position requires strong analytical skills, independent judgment, strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, and timely and sound decision-making abilities. Proven ability to work in multiple systems and ability to interpret complex data. Advanced technical expertise in Excel is required.Interpersonal skills (include personal interaction):Requires a high level of organizational skills and the ability to effectively work across multiple business units.
