Google Project Manager

To drive successful delivery and adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini solutions, the remote Google Project Manager / Change Management Specialist will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Lead planning, scoping, and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to client cultures Build and nurture internal "Google Guides/Champions" networks to drive peer-to-peer learning within client organizations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, with at least 3 years focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) and Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred Deep knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem and its collaborative capabilities Exceptional empathy and communication skills to translate technical shifts for non-technical users Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to project health and user adoption rates
