Our organization is in search of a fellowship-trained Rhinologist to become a part of the Otolaryngology Department. This position provides an excellent opportunity to engage in a high-volume clinical practice alongside a well-respected and established Rhinologist in the region.

In this role, you will handle a diverse array of advanced cases related to sinus and skull base conditions. The department has a strong, enduring collaboration with Neurosurgery, which facilitates numerous opportunities for joint endoscopic skull base surgeries. Additionally, there is potential for you to develop an allergy practice if desired.

As a teaching institution, we offer a vibrant academic atmosphere. The department organizes a highly esteemed annual sinus course, supported by a nationally recognized cadaver lab. You will also have access to a state-of-the-art simulation center for training and educational purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing complex sinonasal and anterior skull base disorders
• Conducting advanced endoscopic surgeries for sinus and skull base issues
• Collaborating closely with Neurosurgery and other subspecialties
• Instructing residents and medical students
• Engaging in research and scholarly activities
• Optional development of an allergy practice

Qualifications:

• MD/DO or equivalent, with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Rhinology
• Eligibility for an active and unrestricted medical license in New York State
