The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills: Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics; Significant work and interest in employment litigation, including wage and hour, employment discrimination, and non-competition litigation; Experience leading EEOC and analogous state/local agency charge responses; Employment counseling and policy drafting/review experience (e.g., separation agreements, non-competes, executive employment agreements); and Experience conducting employment due diligence and supporting M&A transactions a plus. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload.
