Location: Lake Park, Florida Type: Per Diem Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement and modify physical therapy programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Provide direct patient care, including exercises, stretching, and other interventions as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech‑language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans. Participate in patient care conferences and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient status and treatment plans.
