Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Evaluation Specialist)
Pay Per Evaluation | Flexible One Day Per Week | Opportunity to Grow

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who has a passion for pediatric speech and language evaluations. This is an ideal opportunity for an SLP looking for flexible supplemental hours while making a meaningful impact through comprehensive, high-quality assessments.

Pay: $80 per completed evaluation
Schedule:
- Start with one flexible day per week
- Choose the day that works best for your schedule
- Flexible number of hours based on your availability
- Opportunity to expand into additional days and hours as the caseload grows
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
- Select and administer standardized and informal assessment tools
- Interpret assessment findings and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Complete timely, thorough evaluation reports
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding evaluation results and treatment recommendations
- Help children begin the right therapeutic journey through accurate diagnosis and clinical expertise

Clinical Support- On-site collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and fellow Speech-Language Pathologists
- Partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for support with complex behavioral needs

- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
- Minimum of one year of pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience
- Experience conducting pediatric speech and language evaluations preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
- Passion for evaluating children with speech, language, and communication disorders
