This role offers a chance to develop exceptional customer service skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting with a passionate team. Key Responsibilities
Work schedule
- Warmly greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
- Provide guests with menus and answer questions about our delicious seafood offerings
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house environment
- Enhance your interpersonal and communication skills in a customer-focused role
- Experience working in a dynamic food & beverage environment
- Develop teamwork skills with a fun and supportive crew
