Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a nationally respected, high-acuity Level III NICU team. This environment supports 24/7 collaborative care and advanced neonatal interventions. You will join a collaborative team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers. Deliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60. Manage complex and critical neonatal cases, including extremely low birth weight infants. Utilize advanced technologies such as neonatal ECMO, jet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and whole-body cooling for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams. Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery. Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem. Contribute to a high-performing and compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes. Weekends and participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage are required as part of the schedule.
