Cash Applications Specialist - Bilingual Pay from $28 to $29 per hour with significant growth and earning potential! Uline is looking for a Bilingual Cash Applications Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for our growing North American company! Position Responsibilities Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently to support Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations. Analyze customer accounts to identify trends and maintain accurate records. Support customers by phone and email, resolving inquiries and payment discrepancies. Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments. Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
