As a clinician-led, U.S.-based organization, we put people first - helping patients feel seen and supported through faster therapy starts, dedicated care coordination, and meaningful collaboration. Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.

We're looking for a  Clinical Pharmacist who wants their work to mean something—someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.

Schedule & Location

Location: Onsite – Overland Park, Kansas

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, M-F, 8:30 AM to 5 PM CST

  • Serve as a clinical escalation point for prescription, medication, and patient care concerns
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, accreditation activities, and performance improvement efforts
  • Support training and development of pharmacy technicians, interns, and new team members
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Strong understanding of specialty medications and specialty pharmacy operations
  • Experience providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety

  • Additional Licenses desired: Michigan, Massachusetts, Oregon, Oklahoma, Idaho, and Nebraska
  • Three (3)+ years of experience working collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • One (1)+ year of experience supporting specialty pharmacy service operations
  • Knowledge of specialty therapy payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and contract obligations
  • Certification in Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
