Door County Kayak Tours, located in beautiful Sturgeon Bay, WI, is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Door County Kayaking to guide our operations and ensure every tour is an unforgettable experience. About Us At Door County Kayak Tours, we specialize in creating memorable adventures for locals and visitors alike. Our mission is to share the natural beauty of Door County through guided kayaking tours, fostering a love for exploration and the environment. If you’re ready to combine your leadership skills with your love for the outdoors, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kayaking tours. Managing and supporting a team of guides to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensuring all equipment is maintained, safe, and ready for use. Coordinating schedules and logistics to keep tours running smoothly. Upholding safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Assisting with customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. What We’re Looking For A minimum of 3 years of experience in management, outdoor recreation, or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills. A love for the outdoors and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as this role includes handling equipment. A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle the unique challenges of outdoor operations. Why Join Door County Kayak Tours?
