At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position type:
- Full-time and part-time
Pay:
- Starting at $16/hr for full-time and $15/hr for part-time

Front of house team member responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and requirements:

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
