Our agency group at Inscendo is growing again and we’re looking for the best of the best with compensation, processes, management style, leads, and automation geared towards feeding the Top Agents! Base salary+ Commissions up to 14%+ Bonuses that should put a Top Agent’s income around $120,000/year to $200,000/year.

WE WANT YOU IF:

- You’re an existing agent in the top 20% of your company in sales.

- Sales manager looking to show what you can do and how much you can make when there aren’t any caps on commissions.

- 6-figure income earner at a car dealership looking to replicate your income, but wanting more family time, easier work schedule, better work/life balance.

-Licensed Insurance agent with more than 6 months of Farmers sales experience, but wanting to make more with higher commissions up to 15% of policy premium plus bonuses (willing to bring on remote agents that fall into this category).

-Dependable restaurant servers and shift leaders that get high tips through upsells and ad-ons that are looking to get into a growth-minded career with high income potential and better work-life balance. (If your teammates and managers love when you close down the restaurant with them on a busy weekend night, we want you).

-Top sales professionals in other industries that pay commissions, bonuses, and have goals to meet, such as telecommunications sales stores, software sales, warranty sales, life insurance and funeral sales, security system sales, solar and roof sales.

-Previous or retired athletes that performed at a collegiate level or top 1% high school level.

We only have space for the hustlers and grinders, coachable personalities, positive can-do attitudes, ethical professionals. Must have quick-moving technological skills with good communication both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

-Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

-Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

-Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

-Maintain knowledge of new products.

-Prospecting and generating new business through agency provided leads referral sources.

-Be outstanding at relationship building.

-Call, text, and email prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.

-Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

-Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new products, processes, and sales systems.

-Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating multiple software platforms with strong typing speed and accuracy.

-Creative problem solver with the ability to think outside the box and develop effective solutions.

-Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, is highly coachable, intuitive, and resourceful.

-Maintains an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude in all interactions.

-Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

-Professional phone, email, and digital communication etiquette.

-Career-minded with long-term growth goals within the industry.

-Strong spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
