Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, commensurate with experience

Full-Time: Monday-Friday | $200,000-300,000 annually

Your Impact

In this role you will:

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental carewith a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as digital x-rays, Cerec, and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM's clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

What You'll Bring

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• 4+ years of clinical experience.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
