Warehouse General Laborer

Job Description

The Warehouse General Laborer plays a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, loading and unloading shipments, and replenishing stock. Working within a large team of 15 or more, this position requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols, particularly around heavy lifting. The role occasionally involves overtime or weekend shifts and operates hand tools and conveyor systems to maintain efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Handle materials with care and efficiency
Load and unload shipments accurately
Replenish stock to designated locations
Operate hand tools and conveyor systems safely
Collaborate effectively within a large team environment
Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries related to heavy lifting
Occasionally work overtime or weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical stamina for prolonged periods of heavy lifting
Strong teamwork skills
Effective time management abilities
