Busser/Runner

Thompson Houston is now recruiting for a food runner/busser. Join our hotel team at our destination restaurant concept within Thompson Houston Hotel. This position is available to start immediately. The 3-meal dining venue includes an expanded 1-acre pool deck serving hotel guests and residents, luxury cabanas, private event spaces, indoor-outdoor dining areas and the best views of downtown. This restaurant is managed by Thompson Houston Hotel and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

The Food Runner is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. The Busser is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
