In addition, you’ll engage with referral sources and help position Home Matters as a trusted resource for families and partners seeking exceptional home care solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight and Nurse LeadershipCommunicate with client and families regarding client medication requirementsDelegate nursing tasks to caregiversTeach appropriate nursing tasks to caregiversProvide ongoing training on medication administration and nursing tasksResponsible for nursing assessmentsBe available to provide supervision and direction to caregiversMaintain knowledge of current regulations governing nurse practice and delegation.Scheduling & Office ManagementManage all incoming calls and answer phones in a friendly, professional attitudeCheck email and phone messagesBe knowledgeable of company Policies and ProceduresBe knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospectsManage caregiver/client schedules for all clients utilizing softwareUpdate caregiver schedulesSend daily report of activity and follow up neededAssist with managing caregiving team on daily basisPerform other duties as instructed by the AdministratorQualifications and EducationCurrent unencumbered Massachusetts LPN licenseAble to communicate effectively both verbally, and in writingPrior experience in the Home Care field, either In Home Care or Home HealthPrior management experience, specifically coaching and motivating employeesExperience with delegation of nursing tasks to unlicensed personsExperience with geriatric populationExperience teaching and training caregivers or CNA’sFlexible ScheduleValid drivers license and reliable transportationExperience with intakes and initial assessments of prospective clientsExperience and comfortable with presenting in a large group settingKnowledge of In Home care rules and regulationsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryRetirement planSupportive, flexible team cultureOpportunity to lead in a purpose-driven organizationJob Types: Part-time, Per diemPay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleRetirement planLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woburn MA 01801
