Customer Care Team Lead

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Customer Care Team Lead will manage performance coaching, conduct team meetings, and analyze operational data to ensure compliance with departmental standards and improve team effectiveness. Key responsibilities Conduct coaching sessions and performance appraisals while documenting progress in the HR system Analyze operational performance indicators to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement Foster team building through regular meetings and facilitate the resolution of various compliance-related tasks Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Three years of customer service experience, including at least one year in a call center environment Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with the healthcare field, including knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare, is preferred
