We at Eastbrook Healthcare Center are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Dietician to join our team in promoting healthy lifestyle choices and improving patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in nutrition science and a strong commitment to advocating wellness through personalized diet and nutrition plans. As a Dietician, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, design, and implement nutritional programs that meet the specific needs of our clients. Paid time off and holiday pay after 90 Days Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to evaluate the dietary needs of patients and clients. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans tailored to specific health concerns or goals. Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers that empowers informed decision-making about diet and lifestyle. Collaborate with medical practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare team members to integrate dietary plans into overall patient care. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting dietary plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Stay informed on the latest research and trends in nutrition science to provide up-to-date advice and strategies. Participate in community outreach and public health initiatives aimed at promoting better nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Comply with all professional and regulatory standards of practice and establish rapport and trust with clients. Compensation and Schedule Pay: Negotiable (Salaried) Full-Time Shift: Day Shift Location: Cleveland, Ohio Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required. Proven experience in clinical or community nutrition settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
