Monitor patient responses to therapy, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans in alignment with physician orders and protocols. Provide ventilator management, airway clearance therapies, aerosolized medications, and weaning support as directed; perform routine ventilator checks and respond to alarms. Perform chest physiotherapy, suctioning, nebulized treatments, and other related modalities; ensure equipment is clean, calibrated, and functioning properly. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounding and care planning; communicate changes to the Care Team. Adhere to safety, infection control, and documentation standards; maintain accurate records in the patient care system and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
