Seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to safely maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will train on 1st shift before moving to a 2nd shift schedule.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 11:00pm)

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, fuel, brake, and electrical systems.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe operation and minimize downtime.
• Maintain forklifts, balers, conveyors, densifiers, loaders, and other processing equipment.
• Repair and replace components including belts, bearings, hydraulic cylinders, motors, valves, chains, and wear plates.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and structural repairs as needed.
• Ensure all lockout/tagout procedures are followed.
• Conduct equipment safety inspections and verify all guards and safety devices are functioning properly.
• Maintain accurate repair logs, maintenance records, and parts inventory.
• Coordinate parts ordering and communicate equipment concerns to management.
• Support machine operators by providing guidance on basic equipment maintenance.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Experience working on conveyors and balers.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
