We're looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant who is passionate about compensation strategy, data-driven decision making, and leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions.In this role, you will serve as a key compensation advisor and Workday Advanced Compensation subject matter expert, helping design, implement, and optimize compensation programs and systems that align with business objectives, performance expectations, and employee experience goals.If you enjoy solving complex challenges, transforming data into actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement through technology and AI, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoServe as a functional expert for Workday Advanced Compensation, supporting compensation processes, tools, and system enhancements.Analyze complex compensation and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that support business objectives.Design, develop, implement, and maintain compensation tools, reporting capabilities, and system functionality.Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications.Support the development, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes.Conduct market analyses, compensation benchmarking, and survey participation to ensure competitive pay practices.Develop recommendations related to base pay, incentive compensation, bonus programs, and management compensation initiatives.Administer and interpret professional (non-sales) compensation plans and programs.Manage individual discretionary award programs, including implementation, administration, tracking, and reporting.Monitor and evaluate regulatory and statutory compensation requirements and recommend appropriate actions.Support annual compensation planning activities, including research, analysis, and salary budget recommendations.Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, insights, and decision making.What You’ll Need5+ years of experience in Compensation, including compensation program administration, market pricing, compensation surveys, and analysis.Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex analysis and modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate insights.Experience partnering with leaders and stakeholders on compensation-related recommendations and decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.What You’ll BringWorkday Compensation Certification.Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools.Experience implementing or supporting compensation technology enhancements and process improvements.Interest in applying AI solutions to HR and compensation processes.What Is IdealDeep expertise in compensation strategy and administration.Ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.Strong systems mindset with experience optimizing HR technology solutions.Curiosity, innovation, and a passion for continuous improvement.Why AT&T?At AT&T, we believe innovation starts with our people.
