Company: Carson City Pediatric Dentistry Location: Carson City, NV Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Starting at $18.25 per hour Responsibilities Learn pediatric chairside assisting and train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to pediatric dentists during specialized clinical procedures. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for, using kid-friendly language to ease dental anxieties. Learn to prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining absolute safety and compliance standards. Actively collaborate with teammates, support clinical flow, and help maintain a fun, high-energy office environment. Qualifications Preferred: 1+ year of clinical dental assisting experience; willingness to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic. Strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat, patient-focused personality. Positive attitude, big heart, eagerness to build a career and drive to make kids feel safe and happy.
