Join our team as a Mail Center Associate! Handle mail & package logistics, track inventory, and deliver top-tier customer service to students and staff.

Key Duties:

• Process, log, and deliver incoming mail/packages.

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person.

• Maintain equipment, logs, and site documentation.

• Cross-train in reception, printing, and shipping.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED (under 1 yr experience).

• Ability to lift 50 lbs & stand/walk extended periods.

• Basic computer skills & strong organization.

• Flexibility for OT & background check compliance.

salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Mail & Package Logistics: Receive, log, track, and deliver mail and packages accurately and promptly.
• Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for client and inquiries
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all daily mail activity, customer inquiries, and fulfillment metrics for reporting purposes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance on mailroom equipment.
• Daily Operations: Perform daily convenience care functions and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:
