Our outpatient setting allows you to evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. Responsibilities Review patients’ medical history. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
