What You’ll Do As the General Manager , you’ll: Lead all daily store operations Hire, train, and develop team members Manage labor and scheduling Control inventory and cost of goods Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards Deliver exceptional guest service You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership. What We’re Looking For A successful candidate will have: Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred) Ability to manage labor, costs, inventory, and performance goals Excellent communication and guest service skills A track record of accountability and results Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.
