The Category Merchandising Specialist typically provides category, digital, and merchandising support across assortment planning, product storytelling, performance analysis, and go-to-market execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Support category, brand, digital and eCommerce merchandising plans using consumer, product and commercial insight. Maintain seasonal assortment, product and storytelling information for go-to-market execution. Analyze sales, traffic, product, inventory and competitive signals to inform recommendations. Coordinate with marketing, planning, product, content and channel partners. Prepare product lists, recaps, briefs and stakeholder-ready merchandising updates. Present assortment strategies and category performance to Director and VP-level stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years in merchandising, category management, digital commerce, retail buying or product operations. Category merchandising, digital merchandising, assortment planning and product storytelling experience. Commercial analysis, trend interpretation and consumer mindset. Excel, product information management, reporting and presentation skills. Cross-functional coordination across marketing, product, planning and channels.
