Schedule 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Candidates must be flexible, as occasional Saturdays, overtime, and schedule adjustments may be required to meet business needs. You'll perform a variety of hands-on tasks that support production, equipment operators, and site operations. This is a physically active position where reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are valued every day. What You’ll Do Perform site cleanup and general labor duties throughout the facility Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials Support Heavy Equipment Operators and Maintenance Technicians Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with inspections, housekeeping, and routine operational tasks Work safely around equipment, vehicles, and industrial machinery Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the site Why Work at McGill? When you join McGill, you'll work with people who: Take pride in their work Support one another Put safety first Show up ready to contribute Believe in doing the job right the first time Qualifications 1+ year of experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, landscaping, construction, industrial, or outdoor work preferred Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attendance and dependability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Comfortable working around dust, dirt, mud, odors, noise, and moving equipment Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, steel-toe footwear, and respiratory protection when required What Makes Someone Successful at McGill?
