IT Project Manager (Healthcare)RemoteResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of healthcare IT projects across benefits, claims, and membership domainsManage large-scale system implementations with strong focus on data integration and data-driven solutionsCoordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely deliveryDefine project scope, timelines, and resource planning while tracking risks and dependenciesDrive requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and project executionEnsure alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance in healthcare systemsMonitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure quality deliverablesRequirementsStrong healthcare domain experience (Benefits, Claims, Membership)Proven experience managing large-scale IT system implementationsStrong understanding of data flows, integrations, and data-centric project deliveryExperience working with healthcare platforms like QNXT (preferred)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Agile / Waterfall methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
