Receptionist Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the data entry of our payroll process for a wide variety of clients.
• Manage client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Data entry for bookkeeping and accounting services.
• Assist in document processing including scanning, filing, and presentation to clients.
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Answer incoming calls to assist clients as well as respond to incoming emails.

Receptionist Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving any customer issues that may arise. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and accurately.
