Clinical Support (PRN)

Banyan Treatment Centers is recruiting a full‑time Clinical Support staff to join our treatment team in Cathedral City, California. Position Details Schedule: PRN, as needed schedule Location: Cathedral City, CA (On-site) Compensation: $28- $31 hourly Key Responsibilities Participate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews, demonstrating adequate preparation and understanding of patient issues, progress, areas of resistance, positive and negative strategies, etc. Complete baseline clinical assessments, biopsychosocial. Conduct groups. Assist Therapist and Case Manager as needed. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Responsible for covering client caseload in absence of primary Therapists. Assist Therapist in familial communication and documentation. Assist client in managing outside stressors. Maintain clinical records according to program policies and those of licensing and accrediting agencies. Assist Therapist and Case Manager with discharge planning. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field. Active California APCC, ACSW, or AMFT. CADC or SUDDC. Work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health treatment. Abilities and Skills Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and familiarity with Joint Commission Standards. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding client confidentiality. Proficiency in group facilitation. Skilled in crisis intervention, including de‑escalation and suicide risk assessment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
