Lab Systems Admin

Job Title

Coordinate vendor onboarding and identity management, creating and validating client identities, LDAP accounts, and ServiceNow requests for system access. Support system rollouts by setting up account security, verifying vendor access, and facilitating instrument setup and qualification activities. Ensure systems are patched, validated, and aligned with IT and QA standards. Manage IT ticket requests for laboratory and production systems, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently. Provision and deactivate user accounts across systems, ensuring compliance with access control policies and segregation of duties. Execute periodic and annual access reviews, coordinating with system owners and QA to identify and remediate discrepancies. Maintain laboratory computer system endpoints for compliance and security, develop and publish knowledge articles, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
