As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Project Manager within our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Building Engineering group at either our Madison (WI), West Allis (WI), De Pere (WI), Chicago (IL), or Bloomington (MN) office locations.Responsibilities Include:Managing projects for scope, schedule, and budgetLeading interdisciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team membersAssisting with pursuing federal, military, judicial, airport, and other projectsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsDeveloping proposals and monitoring scopes, fees, schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractsScheduling and facilitating team and client meetingsProviding project quality controlDeveloping and delivering presentations to clients, partners, and Authorities Having JurisdictionProviding technical guidance in your area of expertiseOther tasks as assigned.A valid driver's license and travel will be required (potentially up to 25% of the time).The Successful Candidate Must Have All The Following:A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related field from an accredited college or universityAt least 7 years of relevant project experience with at least 2 years of project management experienceOR if no degree, at least 11 years of relevant project experience with at least 2 years of project management experienceA professional license in engineering or architecture is highly preferred.
