Seeking dependable Construction Laborers for a mining jobsite. Duties include cleanup, material handling, digging trenches, backfilling, and other general labor tasks. Candidates must be able to work 10-hour day shifts, lift 50+ pounds regularly, and wear steel-toe boots and long sleeve shirts. Must have a current MSHA.

Laborer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Sunday from 05:00am to 08:00pm)

Construction laborers perform a variety of general labor tasks, including site cleanup, debris removal, construction cleanup duties, and material handling to keep the jobsite safe and efficient. This role requires digging trenches, backfilling excavations, and completing physically demanding tasks throughout 10 hour day shifts. Workers must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and are required to wear steel toe boots at all times.

Laborer Qualifications:

• Must have a current MSHA Certification
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working 10-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment
• Must provide and wear steel-toe boots and long sleeve shirts
• Dependable and able to follow safety guidelines
• No high school diploma or previous experience required
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
