Registered Nurse (RN)- 1:1 Home Care- Pediatrics

Position Overview We are looking for a Registered Nurse, RN with a passion for Home Care to join our Skilled Nursing team in our Mercer County Office. This role focuses on providing high‑quality care to pediatric and adult clients at home. Key Responsibilities As a RN, you will deliver care for patients ranging from infants to geriatric clients, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. You will provide daily nursing services, manage patient records using Statewise electronic charting, and participate in in‑depth paid training and shadowing sessions.
