Bilingual Call Center Representative

The Bilingual Call Center Representative will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, providing support in both English and another target language. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. Job Duties Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and a second language. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details. Document customer interactions using internal systems. Resolve issues or elevate as needed to appropriate departments. Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication. Meet performance metrics related to quality and efficiency. Assist with outbound follow-up calls when necessary. Uphold company policies and confidentiality standards.
