• Friday - Sunday call only (in-house) 24hr shifts with rounding
• 2 - 3 patients per shift
• Inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• General urology -- adult, pediatric, and neonate
• Advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgeries required
• Renal transplant surgery and radical cystectomy skills required
• Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, and ESWL required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
