Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience or comfort working with child find/preschool through middle school populations
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, though not mandatory
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Initiative and adaptability in educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
• Document progress and maintain compliant records
• Participate in child find activities and team meetings to support early identification and intervention
