Job Summary

Set up and break down all banquet and events for guests and team members.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Completes all established set-ups in a timely manner. Adheres to Hotel policies, Food & Beverage policies and liquor laws. Performs all set-ups/breakdowns. Completes all monthly and quarterly training. Responsible for transporting and handling all banquet equipment, in a safe and cautious way. Stores and maintains all banquet equipment in proper designated areas. Uses safety measures at all times while transporting banquet equipment. Freshens meeting rooms as required.

What You Will Need

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Six months in Hotel Sales or Catering departments preferred. Is able to work in smoke filled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
