Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a contract opportunity based at a school close to the Connersville and Nettle Creek area.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active licensure in Indiana as an SLP or SLPA (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs, or associate’s/bachelor’s degree for SLPAs
• Experience in school settings preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Engage in team meetings and contribute professional insights for student support
• Educate and inform parents and teachers about strategies to improve student communication skills
