Role & Responsibilities This is a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager role located in Roseville, CA. The Project Manager will be assigned to project(s) throughout northern California, some of which may require travel as‑needed for weekly OAC meetings and project oversight. We are looking for a flexible, detail‑oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, maintaining open communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors, implementing cost‑saving strategies, ensuring compliance with specifications, and monitoring progress to ensure client satisfaction. Candidates should have experience with the following tasks: Managing Client Relationships Primavera Scheduling: Suretrak, Phoenix , or P6 Experience with Prolog Software or similar Contractor Quality Control Programs Management of all project team members (senior project engineer, Project engineers, Superintendents, and Field office coordinator) Developing Construction Work Plans with Superintendents & Foremen 100% Detailed/hands‑on knowledge of Project Scope Solid & capable of understanding of building processes and systems Cost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/Monthly Status Reports Complete understating of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting Accountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, & Customer Satisfaction Results Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards is a plus Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred 5+ years in a Project Management position leading K‑12 projects Proficient with computer applications such as MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Solid understanding the building permit and DSA process. Thorough understanding of all trades, including MEP. Experience with construction safety practices Negotiated, customer service-based project delivery Strong skill set as a builder and in project management, with solid record of success Able to provide references. Ability to pass a DOJ and MVR Background Check 401K Match: Up to 4% employer match on contributions.
