Licensed CBT/DBT Psychotherapist - Female Therapists Preferred Location: Charleston, SC Job Type: 1099 Contractor | In-Person Schedule: Flexible - Clinicians can create their own schedules Position Overview We are seeking a licensed clinician (PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) with a strong interest in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and adults. Candidates with experience working with higher-acuity clients and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) are highly encouraged to apply. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care, expanding their DBT expertise, and collaborating within a supportive consultation team environment. Responsibilities Participate in weekly DBT consultation team meetings focused on case collaboration, clinical support, and DBT skill development Provide DBT-adherent individual therapy sessions for adolescents and/or adults Facilitate DBT skills groups for adults, adolescents, and/or parents Provide coaching calls focused on skills generalization Communicate and collaborate with outside providers, including therapists and psychiatrists Assist in evaluating patient progress and determining the need for higher levels of care when appropriate Build and maintain a caseload of at least 15 clients per week Conduct 1-2 DBT skills groups weekly as needed Availability to work several evening hours to accommodate client schedules Qualifications Active licensure as PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW or LCPC and Unlicensed Therapists are also welcome.
