What You'll Do

• Lead and support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Coach and motivate kitchen team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Help uphold exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels and support waste reduction efforts.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a kitchen leadership, supervisory, or culinary management role.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety practices.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Dependable, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
