Traveling Nuclear Medicine Tech

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you'll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• ARRT NUC MED certification
• Experience performing all general nuclear medicine procedures

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0700-1730
• On-call requirement: 7p-7a, 4 days per week

Location Highlights

Fort Pierce offers Atlantic Coast access with beaches, waterfront recreation, and a walkable downtown district. Jetty Park and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park are both within about 15 minutes of central Fort Pierce, and the area is known for fishing, paddling, and shoreline trails. The Sunrise Theatre and the historic downtown area provide entertainment and dining near the waterfront, while the Manatee Observation and Education Center adds a local nature attraction close to the river. Fort Pierce also sits along Florida's Treasure Coast, about 20 miles from Vero Beach and roughly 65 miles from West Palm Beach, which supports access to additional coastal and urban amenities.
